Coconut Chai

With warm weather on the horizon, we're dreaming of coconuts, pineapples and sandy beaches. Whether you're going on spring break or curling up inside, this fun twist on chai is sure to brighten your day- with or without alcohol.

1 heaping tablespoon Nice Chai Latte mix

8 oz of coconut milk, steamed

1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

Mix

Garnish with coconut flakes or pineapple slice.

May add 1 oz of rum for a spicy pina colada.
