Two Roots Turmeric Ginger plus carrot and pineapple create and eye opening, healthy way to start the day.
½ cup carrot juice
1 cup unsweetened dairy alternative of choice, such as oat milk
1 large banana, frozen
1 cup frozen pineapple (or mango...or ½ cup each of both)
½ tbsp Two Roots Turmeric Golden Latte (you could bump this up to ¾ - 1 tbsp depending on taste preference)
Blend all ingredients, adding additional carrot juice or dairy alternative of choice to adjust consistency.
Makes two smoothies.
