Matcha Energy Balls

When looking for a healthy snack and energy boost, turn towards matcha and the power of clean, vegan ingredients.  This simple recipe comes together in minutes combining rolled oats, coconut, nut butters and proteins with honey and matcha to provide sustained energy for every lifestyle.  Great for a light, power packed breakfast, lunch boxes and afternoon pick me up.

Matcha Energy Balls 

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup cashew butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Two Leaves and a Bud, Chef's Matcha

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a food processor and chill.  When cooled, roll into balls, and then roll in matcha and/or coconut.  Store in refrigerator.  

Try adding chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powders, and vanilla to make your perfect mix!
