1 tablespoon Nice Matcha
½ cup of milk or dairy alternative
1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
Whisk together matcha powder and milk until no clumps remain. In blender combine matcha milk, ice cream, and fresh mint. Cover and blend until combined. Top with whipped cream and additional Nice Matcha powder for a pretty presentation!
