Brown Sugar Matcha Latte

This Brown Sugar Matcha Latte brings the best of both worlds — earthy, vibrant matcha paired with a touch of caramel-like brown sugar sweetness.

To make it at home, whisk 1 teaspoon of matcha with 2 ounces of hot water until smooth. In a separate cup, dissolve 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in 6 ounces of steamed milk (or your favorite plant milk). Pour your matcha over the milk, stir, and enjoy a layered cup that tastes as good as it looks.

Want to go iced? Shake it with ice and top with a drizzle of oat milk for a refreshing summer version.
