We’re notoriously picky.

Does that sound like a bad thing? We assure you, it’s not. We like to say here at Two Leaves and a Bud Tea Company we keep our standards way, way up there next to your expectations. We know the flavor profiles of our favorite brews, whether that be a malty Assam or a bright, grassy Tamayokucha green. We helped pioneer the pyramid-shaped sachet in the United States years ago because we want to drink whole leaf tea all the time, not just on special occasions.

We don’t sell every tea variety and flavor under the sun not only because our standards are hard to meet, but also because we want to specialize in elevating our favorite teas, rather than being everything to everybody.

We prefer tea grown in organic, sustainable gardens, where tea pluckers are paid a fair living wage. We’re particular about packaging that keeps our tea fresh, but it must also be compostable, biodegradable or recyclable because we think landfills are where dreams go to die.

So yeah, we demand a lot from a cup of tea. And now that you’ve found us, so can you.
