Xihu Long Jing is the most famous Chinese green tea. The flat-pressed dry leaf is incredibly long and a lovely shade of light green. Infused, the leaf opens fully to reveal the two leaves and bud. It can be re-steeped multiple times and stays yummy. Xihu Long Jing has become an office favorite.

This is the best-of-the-best of Xihu Long Jing tea (also known as Dragonwell): full and round with slight hints of a leafy summertime afternoon.
light buzz, 1/3 cup of coffee
Use 15oz filtered water per 2 tbsp tea.
Heat water to 180˚F and pour over tea.
Steep 5 minutes.
