Two Leaves and a Bud ships from Ohio and offers flat rate shipping based on the value of your order for all destinations. You will be able to view rates and choose your shipping method before submitting your order. We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more shipped within the US or to Canada!

To take advantage of the free shipping, choose FedEx (USPS Delivery) SmartPost at checkout for all residential U.S. address, including AK and HI, and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. **Enter your P.O. Box, if you don't have home delivery with US Postal Service.**  FedEx Smart post average delivery time is 7-10 business days. Choose USPS International for all Canadian addresses.

Free shipping is based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts, redeemed reward points, and special promotions. Offer cannot be applied to previous orders.

More about Domestic Shipping Options:

  • FedEx SmartPost – ships to your local post office where your package is then delivered to you by USPS. This service reaches every residential U.S. address, including AK and HI, P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
  • FedEx Ground - 2 to 6 days transit time to all destinations in the continental U.S.
  • FedEx Express Saver – 3 business days transit time (except for AK and HI).
  • FedEx 2Day – 2 business days transit time.

International Shipping Options:

We ship to our tea fans in Canada via the United States Postal Service International Mail – First Class or Priority. Expect up to two weeks delivery time.

Returns Policy

Tea should make you happy. If you have any problems with your order, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of purchase date at support@twoleavestea.com or (855) 282-5450. Please provide your order number, or have it handy. One of our helpful team members will be in touch with you within 3 business days to help organize your return. Accessories and teaware must be unused and in original packing. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order. Ordering Information

Orders placed before noon Eastern Time (or by 10am for International shipments) Monday - Friday will ship out that same day from our warehouse in Ohio, otherwise they will ship out the following business day. (How’s that for speedy service?! We know what it’s like to need tea!) Our super-quick processing time means that once your order is submitted, we can’t change it – not even any last minute additions. Our warehouse will be closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following day, Christmas Eve day and Christmas. In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified and your order will ship in full when that item is back in stock. Need help placing an order or have questions about your order?
