This tea brews up a lovely, deep ochre shade in the cup. What makes this tea sophisticated are the flowery orange pekoe leaves, which brew up a deep copper color. Just as strong as traditional "builder's tea" (drank every day in Britain), this tea also manages to be layered and complex like fine wine.

I wanted a darker cup than our Assam but without getting that murky smokiness that can be associated with English Breakfast. For me, English Breakfast is a tea to be taken with milk so it has to be strong enough to hold up well. I did not however, want to loose the sweetness that one gets from a pure high-quality India tea. Most English Breakfast teas include less expensive “blending teas” from other origins. Ours is the pure high-quality kind.

This is the only black tea I buy. I love the flavor and i drink it at least a couple times a day. I highly recommend it if you like black tea.
I got this tea from my boss for Christmas, and I love it. I drink it every morning. It is not too tart and has a smooth taste that is great by itself and also with some cream and sugar. I definitely recommend this tea to any one who enjoys black tea.
I usually use this tea to make iced tea. The flavor is rich and satisfying flavor. Perfect every time! Two Leaves tea my favorite.
Both my son and I enjoy a good English Breakfast tea. This tea, unlike most, has a very pleasant aroma, even when it cools down. We both drink our tea black -- never adding milk or sweetener.
Just got my order of English Breakfast tea. It is so smooth and tastes really good! I'm hooked. May never drink another brand of EB.
Love, love this tea! I used to drink 2-3 cups of Twinings english breakfast tea daily, but this tea is far superior. Much fuller, smoother flavor. Won't go back :)
I think I might have liked a deeper flavor, as this is a usual breakfast tea. Liked the tea leaves size. Wish it came in larger sleeve quantities when I ordered. Will order it again.
Oh my goodness! This is the best English Breakfast tea! It is smooth without any bitterness at all. I have another brand in my pantry, and a side-by-side comparison puts Two Leaves in the lead.
This is a delicious, darker tea with a nice bitterness to it, but also with a great deal of smoothness and some nice citrus notes. A great pick me up for "those mornings"!
